Your Tasks
1. Maintain records, information flow & administrative detail
2. Process drop ship and UK distribution sales orders
3. Process corresponding purchase orders
4. Manage call off orders
5. Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations
6. Issue and track new account opening forms for the credit assessment process
7. Manage consignment stock
8. Process proforma orders
9. Stock receipting
10. Maintain accurate stock records, FIFO by LOT number
11. Participate in the annual stocktake
12. Manage out of specification reports
13. Material damages and returns via workflow
14. Re-stocking charges
15. Manage customer complaints
16. Deal with colour match requests
17. Adhere to samples procedure
18. Process test plate, blocks and tensile bars orders
19. Process C of A's requests
20. Maintain up to date data sheets and regulatory information, REACH, RoHS, WEEE
21. Respond to customer survey requests
22. Demonstrate motivated behaviour and take ownership of customer issues
23. Provide excellent product and customer service
24. Adhere to good Management practice documenting customer interactions
25. Cooperate with and operate within Company guidelines, processes and ethics
Qualifications
1. Good general education
2. Excellent written, social and verbal communication skills
3. Good Microsoft Office skills
4. High degree of organisation, problem recognition and dispute resolution
5. Experience in providing customer support, enquiry handling and communication
