Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Consultant. This is a part-time, temporary position located in Leeds, Dock Street. Let's talk about the role. It involves You will be responsible for responding to all enquiries, both face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments in order to maximise potential opportunities and meet the branch targets. Booking viewings Assisting with diary management for a busy lettings team Working to targets you will register applicants and encourage viewings of potential property matches, whilst encouraging landlords to use our full range of services. Full training will be given to ensure you understand and are fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings.
