Role: Head of Sales

Position Overview:
Ensure Mirus achieves all set financial objectives through effective management of the Client Management Team and New Business Sales function. Working in conjunction with teams such as Advania marketing and cross-sell opportunities to support these goals.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the performance and management of the Client Management team and New Business Sales.
* Develop and mentor the sales team to increase knowledge and skill base.
* Proactively review all accounts to improve revenue generation.
* Work with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities.
* Liaise with Service Delivery Director to ensure effective communication between the Sales and Service Department, improving customer experience.
* Liaise with Head of Professional Services to ensure communication flows between Sales and Professional Services Department.
* Collaborate with Head of Business Operations to identify new products and services for onboarding.
* Produce monthly reports for Leadership detailing pipeline and project revenue forecasts from the Sales Department.
* Oversee career development and 1-2-1 processes.
* Create a culture of positive development within the sales team based on coaching and mentoring.
* Work alongside Advania Marketing resources to achieve marketing activities that support business goals.
* Collaborate with Advania Group to increase cross-sell opportunities.
* As part of the Mirus Leadership team, continue to improve the overall business.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Knowledge and experience of working within a Managed Services SMB environment.
* Experienced in handling escalations and problem-solving.
* Experience in day-to-day management of a sales team.
* Experience collaborating with multiple business departments to achieve goals.
* Proactive, practical approach to work.
* Able to manage own workload and priorities.
* Capable of working both within a team and independently.
* Able to thrive in an environment with frequently changing priorities.
