What you will do in your working day
* Planning and organising a range of stimulating activities
* Supervising and observing children from 0 to 5 years old
* Supporting children to develop their independence and social skills
* Motivating the children and inspiring them to experience the awe and wonder of the world they live in
* Shaping children’s learning experience and learning a range of different approaches to child development and learning: Montessori, Reggio Emilia and High Scope, Schemas
* Working alongside professional Sports Coaches, Phonics Teachers and Drama and Dance teachers
* Teaching children to develop positive relationships with other children and adults
* Meeting care needs of children, e.g. changing nappies, feeding and interactions
* Making sure the environment is clean and tidy and creating a stimulating learning environment
The training you will be getting
* The successful candidate will complete a Early Years Practitioner Level 2 qualification or alternative a Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification
* The training will take place on the works premises and be delivered as a hybrid model with face to face visits, online work and webinars
* The course structure will be confirmed by the skills coach
