THE ROLE: As Territory Sales Manager, the successful candidate will enjoy an interesting and specialist surgical role, selling Neurology, ENT and gynae devices, capital equipment and consumables into NHS and private hospitals. Typical contact level and decision makers will be surgeons, consultants, theatre teams, sterilisation and procurement, and there will be a healthy mix of account management and new business. Full product training will be provided, and career and earning prospects are very attractive indeed – with a genuinely realistic opportunity for a high achiever to be promoted into a more senior role within the organisation as it continues to succeed and grow.

An exciting opportunity currently exists for a driven, achievement-focused and suitably experienced surgical sales professional to manage and further grow their well-established Scotland and North East sales territory. Candidate location needs to be Scotland central belt.
REQUIREMENTS:
* A proven track record in theatre/surgical sales
* Good anatomy and physiology experience
* Bioscience, neuro and/or sports science degree will enhance application
* Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

The Package for Territory Sales Manager:
* Basic: £40,000 to £55,000
* Bonus: £20,000 to £25,000+ uncapped
* Car: £600 per month allowance
