About this opportunity
Lloyds Living is an exciting, new standalone company, with a new brand, as part of Lloyds Banking Group, which will focus solely on the private rental market. The intention is to work with leading house builders and other participants through strategic partnerships to identify sites and support the building of additional housing, with Lloyds Living buying the rental element of these new developments. The properties will then be let to customers, ensuring continued support for the house building sector while addressing the increasing demand for rental properties.
Key responsibilities:
* Be a real contributing member of the team responsible for customers (tenants) – helping to develop customer propositions and experiences which make renting a fantastic experience.
* Play a real role in looking after our property portfolio – ensuring excellent repairs & defects management: processing repair requests from customers, raising work orders, and authorising invoices.
* Management of the performance of our agents.
* Managing the area hosts on site.
* Arrange and carry out property inspections with customers.
* Processing property applications, conducting check-ins & check-outs, dealing with deposits & customer queries.
* Dealing with customer complaints in line with the policies and procedures in place.
* Managing risk by ensuring the company operates in a tightly governed manner with regards to compliance.
What you’ll need
* Extensive property management experience within BTR/PRS.
* Experience of managing a team as well as being a team player.
* Ability to work with and assist with the oversight of the activities of our managing agents.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with customers, colleagues, and internal/external stakeholders.
* Hands-on attitude to helping build and develop our offering.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record keeping.
* You’re highly motivated and understand the importance of adhering to deadlines while staying calm under pressure.
