Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team and work with fresh seasonal food. As a key member of our culinary team, you will assist the Head Chef in creating nutritious, flavoursome and well balanced menus that meet the needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver hotel/restaurant standards without split shifts and long weeks;
* Work collaboratively with the culinary team to prepare and serve high-quality meals;
* Assist with menu planning, kitchen inventory management, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
