The Role: As an M&E Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include: Project Oversight: Managing the delivery of mechanical and electrical packages across various sectors. Planning and Coordination: Developing project programmes, coordinating teams, and ensuring seamless integration of M&E services. Budget Management: Monitoring project costs, preparing reports, and ensuring financial targets are met. Health & Safety: Ensuring all projects comply with health and safety regulations and company standards. Client Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Team Leadership: Managing project teams, including subcontractors and site staff, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving any issues that arise during project delivery, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines. What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will bring: Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager within the building services or construction industry. A strong technical background in both mechanical and electrical services. Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. A thorough understanding of health and safety standards and regulations. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and project costs. A proactive and results-driven attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (e.g., HNC, HND, or equivalent). Professional memberships such as CIBSE or IET are advantageous but not essential. A valid UK driving license for site visits and client meetings.
