Account Support Manager
Location: UK Wide
As an Account Support Manager at Sodexo supporting BAE Systems, you are an organised and proactive leader who ensures smooth operations and high service standards. Your role is key in delivering IFM support across all BAE Systems accounts, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, service level agreements, and key performance indicators. You’ll also provide technical and managerial support to other Sodexo contracts, making a significant impact on service excellence and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do:
* Support the day-to-day operations of the BAE Systems portfolio, ensuring a full working knowledge of all sites.
* Provide managerial and technical support, ensuring consistent processes and procedures across all contracts.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies, risk assessments, and contractor management.
* Maintain financial oversight, ensuring proper control and monitoring of activities.
* Support the Account Management teams in delivering high-quality services and meeting client expectations.
* Act as a key point of contact, maintaining strong client relationships and responding to operational challenges.
* Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance and readiness for external inspections.
* Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance and service delivery.
* Seek and implement opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement .
What you bring:
* Previous experience in Facilities Management with a strong understanding of operational delivery.
* IOSH Certificate in Managing Safely and a high level of Health & Safety knowledge.
* Experience in managing teams and subcontractors to ensure service excellence.
* Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills .
* ONC/HNC qualification or equivalent experience in a trade discipline.
