We are looking for a Mobile Childrens Wraparound club Activity Leader to work within our clubs based in the Hampshire area.
The role is permanent but you will be asked to travel to our various clubs in the Hampshire area.
You will need to ensure you can reliably travel to the clubs for those times therefore a Full UK Driving license is required.

The role offers a rewarding opportunity to work with diverse age groups, primarily children aged 4 to 11 years although we do offer provision for younger children at some of our sites.

6. Motivating and encouraging children to participate and enjoy being physically active.
7. Preparing lesson plans that align with our ethos and guide students through the programme by providing opportunities to enhance their abilities.
8. Overseeing, monitoring, and evaluating the progress of participants and providing constructive feedback for the aim of improving progress.
9. Supporting your manager and collaborating with other staff members to work as part of a team to coordinate activities.
10. Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of participants at all times.
11. Providing the highest standards of customer service to all.

Qualifications:
Essential:
GCSE’s including English and Maths to at least Grade C or equivalent.
Desirable:
1. Full and relevant childcare or Sports leaders qualification / Duke of Edinburgh Award or equivalent.
2. Relevant recognised CPD (e.g. Coaching Disabled Performers).
3. First aid qualification.
4. Safeguarding children training.
5. Health and safety qualification.
6. Prevention of radicalisation training.
Experience:
Essential:
1. Experience of working within a team environment.
Desirable:
1. Experience of working with children in the Early Years or within a play or sports environment (Training can be provided).
2. Experience of supporting individuals and groups of children.
3. Delivery of sport, play and/or physical activity programmes.
