Job summary King's College Hospital has an exciting opportunity to join their Security Department. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead one of our four Operational Security Teams. The successful candidate will be looking at developing their existing supervisory skills and will be expected to proactively contribute, sometimes in a very demanding environment. We have one Security Shift Leader post available, to work a 24/7 shift pattern which attracts a salary of between £37461 - £45603 dependent on experience and abilities. Plus Inner London HCAS of 20%. You should ideally have experience of working in a supervisory capacity and in a security type role, with an understanding of CCTV, access control and various alarm systems, etc. You must be physically fit with good communication skills, along with the personality and experience to relate to people in all situations. You will be expected to exercise control and restraint techniques, for which full training will be provided.
