Job Description
This role sits with one of Daisy Communications brands - XLN for Small Business
Location: Sheffield - Office based
Salary: £22,308 yearly with realistic commission of £1000 per month
Monday to Friday working 9:00 - 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with existing customers, selling our products and services to B2B customers based on client needs.
2. Develop and nurture relationships with UK based SMEs to drive sales from initial contact to closing. You may be required to move between sales campaigns or sell additional products.
3. Proactively identify and qualify potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline.
4. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while adhering to established strategies, call KPIs, and performance metrics.
5. Leverage CRM systems to effectively manage sales opportunities, track customer interactions, and maximise sales potential.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
7. Work closely with the sales support/operations team to ensure a seamless customer journey from sales to fulfilment.
Qualifications
1. Be able to demonstrate an ability to work within a fast-paced environment within a sales-focused industry.
2. Competent with all Microsoft packages.
3. Ability to understand, analyse and interpret data.
4. Take ownership of issues and follow through to conclusion.
5. Sound questioning and listening skills, being able to pinpoint the exact issue in order to gain resolution.
