Leaving Care Service (Next Chapter)
Are you passionate about supporting our care leavers to get the best possible outcome on their journey to independence?
We are focused on our responsibilities as a Corporate Parent and further developing and improving our services to our care leavers. We have two designated Leaving Care Teams and each personal advisor is responsible for focusing on the quality of work and relationship based practice.
We are looking for suitably experienced practitioners who can bring their skills and expertise to support and shape our improvement journey. We want our Personal Advisors to share our commitment to our Care Leavers ad want to influence the services we are developing. We would welcome applications from male candidates who are under represented in the service. We want workers who can form relationships, seeing the strengths in our young people and always look for solutions to support them achieve their aspirations and achieve the best possible outcomes in every aspect of their lives.
You will be part of a committed and enthusiastic team and will be supported to develop your skills and knowledge through regular supervision. The teams are located at 3 Knowsley Place and we have a young persons hub close by which young people can drop in to use.
