We are looking for hardworking and reliable Production Operatives to join our team in Forres. This role involves lifting and grading tree saplings in an outdoor production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lifting and handling tree saplings
* Grading trees according to specific standards
* Ensuring the work area is kept clean and tidy
* Working efficiently as part of a team to meet targets
Requirements:
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
* Experience in a production or agricultural setting is desirable, but not essential
* Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic
* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
