Position Overview
The Major Programs team sits within Automation Platforms (AP) organisation within GTI. It provides program oversight of all project work (CTB) within AP, with focus on delivery, financial reporting, and communications.
Your main responsibility will be the oversight of one or more projects within AP, where you will be working closely with product owners and engineering teams to ensure the correct focus, priority importantly the delivery of your projects on time and within budget.

Your key responsibilities
* Maintaining roll out schedules and perform required project management activities during the lifecycle of a product in compliance with Deutsche Bank’s standards and best practices; evaluating and modifying technical configurations and integrations as required with changing business needs
* Ensuring delivery of design and technical implementation automating process wherever possible
* Troubleshooting, identifying, and managing the implementation of technical fixes for product issues, integration issues, data discrepancy, and business reporting; managing the installation of patches, application upgrades, creating and managing customisations to import data, produce reports as needed
* Escalation of Risks / Issues to Major Program lead, while adhering to software development life cycle (SDLC) best practices to maintain data currency in the appropriate environments, code migrations, and requirement traceability
* Assigning and managing technical tasks with other technical teams, as well as managing application migrations and transformations and executing configuration/creation of dashboards, reports
Your skills and experience
* Demonstrated ability to assess customer/client needs, creatively approach solutions, and influence appropriate courses of action with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
* Relevant working experience on product management and support; experience with project management would be beneficial along with hands-on experience working on Windows/Unix/Linux environments
* Experience of using the Clarity application for Project related activities & financials
* Relevant experience with integrations like active directory, CMDB and other infrastructure systems, augmenting existing application architecture, to meet business or technical needs
* Experience of performing root cause analysis, identifying sources of data discrepancies and ways to resolve them
