As a MASH Input Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact between the public and Children’s Social Care. In this role, you will provide administrative support in our busy Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub. You’ll need excellent IT skills and the ability to input data accurately under tight deadlines, as well as strong administrative, telephone, and message recording skills. The work is highly confidential and involves collaboration with colleagues in the department, other agencies, and members of the public. The role requires both independent work and teamwork. This is a full-time position, working 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
