We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Duck & Waffle. The successful candidate will be passionate about food, eager to learn, and have a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of all food items at the station according to specifications and preset time limits.
* Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by the restaurant.
* Coordinate the delivery of all foods within preset time standards.
* Assistance with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, coolers, and all storage areas.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or higher.
* Experience working with a similar cuisine.
* Great English language communication skills with a willingness to learn.
* Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes, and standards.
* Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team.
