We have a great opportunity for a Pay & Benefits Specialist tojoin our team. Reporting to the Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for providingan excellent pay and benefits service to our people and administering employeebenefits programs, including enrolment, changes, and terminations.

1. Proven experience in employee benefits, payroll and tax legislation.
2. Strong understanding of HR and payroll systems, software, and processes.
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to perform complex numerical calculations.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
5. Experience with managing salary sacrifice schemes and National Minimum Wage compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing:

6. Administer and lead the day-to-day activity of employee benefit programs, including enrolment, changes, and leavers.
7. Lead activity for annual cycles such as pay review, bonus and some reporting requirements.
8. Responsible for the payrolling of benefits, ensuring records are accurate and updated in a timely manner.
9. Be the face and primary point of contact for employees regarding their benefits which leads into the overall employee experience.
10. Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
11. Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefit policies and education.
