Join team Boundless on our mission to empower young people to build creative futures Alongside our dedicated team the Development Manager will drive revenue generation to support our artistic, community, and educational programs The Development Manager will lead Boundless Theatre's fundraising and development strategy, prioritising the management of relationships with Trusts and Foundations and our partnership with Arts Council England as an NPO. Key Details Location: Hybrid (Remote and on-site at Stanley Arts in Croydon) Salary: £35,000 (pro rata) Hours: 0.6 FTE (3 days) Reports To: Executive Producer & Co-CEO Role Begins: February 2025 Additionally, this role will develop an individual giving strategy to cultivate long-term support from donors, investigate new ways to diversify funding sources, and pursue corporate sponsorship opportunities.
