About the role Reporting to the CEO, you will help tell the stories of our residents and their families, extol the quality of the services we provide in our homes; showcase the exceptional standard of facilities on offer; and drive admissions, enabling more people to live ‘life in colour’ in our care homes. You will be responsible for: Planning and delivering all marketing and communications activities, both external and internal. Creating content, developing and executing compelling digital and print marketing materials, including promotional assets, leaflets, posters, press releases, blogs, news content, photography and video content. Planning and overseeing events. Managing the relationships with any external marketing suppliers. Providing empirical data, analysis and insights and developing KPI’s to track the success of marketing activity. Regular competitor analysis. Collaborating with the CEO to design and implement the marketing and communications strategy aimed at actively challenging the perceptions about care, ageing and dementia and increasing occupancy. About you We are looking for a creative but pragmatic thinker with proven experience in successful marketing, communications and social media management. You will be able to evidence experience of delivering and monitoring marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and lead generation. Excellent communication skills to maintain positive relationships with a range of clients and stakeholders is key along with strong analytical and reporting skills. You will have a commercial mindset and can-do approach. A driving licence will be required as travel between our locations is essential.
