What you'll be doing; Support the Compliance Engineer with administrative tasks Handle customer communications and inquiries Maintain compliance-related documentation and spreadsheets Ensure company policies and procedures are current Utilise various data management systems (Google Suite, Salesforce, Power BI, Hazmat) Follow up with customers for pre-acceptance information Perform general administrative duties (record-keeping, filing, minute-taking) Maintain auditable waste records according to site procedures Verify waste quotes comply with site permits and licences Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Contribute to a safe and secure office environment What we're looking for; Current student or a recent graduate in any environmental or compliance discipline Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent including Science, Maths and English Experience with Excel//inhouse systems/ Google, including mail, docs and sheets Good customer service & interpersonal skills Sound decision-making skills Effective time management, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good planning and organisational skills along with strong written and verbal communications What's next?
