Are you an experienced SHEQ Compliance Lead within the utilities industry, looking for your next career move? We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team at OCU Group, based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. As the SHEQ Compliance Lead, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and client satisfaction by leading internal audits, scheduling, maintaining compliance registers, and overseeing general business compliance. What We Are Looking For: You will be the primary contact with a main focus on CDM and Frameworks, while fostering a culture of quality across the organisation. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the development and maintenance of OCU’s SHEQ Management System to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards. Assisting with external audits and maintaining up-to-date compliance practices. Guiding operational teams to stay compliant with changing legislation and communicating these changes effectively. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and auditors. To succeed in this role, You should be qualified with a NEBOSH General / Construction standard or equivalent and have significant experience in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality.
