Are you a highly organised, proactive professional with a passion for supporting senior leaders? An innovative organisation in the biotech sector, based in Oxford, is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide critical support to their leadership team, reporting directly into the CEO.

As part of this forward-thinking team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of executive operations, acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders in a fast-moving and ambitious environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively manage complex diaries and schedules, including coordination across global time zones.
* Prepare, review, and organise materials for high-level meetings, presentations, and decision-making.
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the leadership team.
* Coordinate and oversee detailed travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.
* Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
* Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
* Anticipate the needs of senior executives and take ownership of tasks to support business priorities.
About You
* Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior executives, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth industry.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands effectively.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment and maintaining calm under pressure.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other tools for productivity and collaboration.
* Experience in or understanding of the biotech, life sciences, or tech industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
