The UCL Centre for Behaviour Change is recruiting for a Research Consultancy & Training Fellow / Senior Fellow. This is a permanent, full-time post (1.0 FTE) and we are looking to recruit one post at either Grade 7 (Fellow) or Grade 8 (Senior Fellow).
The primary focus of the role is to contribute to the coordination and development of the research, consultancy, and training activities at the Centre. The role will also involve supporting teaching on BSc/MSc behaviour change modules and developing an academic research portfolio in the candidate’s areas of interest.
The post-holder should hold a first degree and a PhD or Professional Doctorate in a behavioural science. They will have excellent knowledge of behaviour change theory and evidence, with experience of designing and delivering research projects, plus teaching and/or training in behaviour change.
Additionally, the post-holder will have experience of working with non-academic stakeholders, either through prior experience of delivering training/consultancy projects for external customers or through experience in conducting applied research projects.
