Scope of the role
The initial focus of the Time to Give Network (TGN) is the UK Asset Management space and its ecosystem of software and service providers. Launching first in the UK and expanding beyond in the future.

What we are looking for:
* You should be able to understand the Time to Give Network platform and the value proposition – Training will be provided.
* You will articulate and communicate the innovative and unique platform to the CEO’s and Heads of HR within the Asset Management Community to attract and secure 'TimeGivers'.
* Ability to engage with Subject Matter Experts, C-Level Executives and Departmental Heads at service and solution providers to the Asset Management Community to attract and secure 'TimeBidders'.
* Engage with service and solution providers across the Asset Management ecosystem to attract and secure 'Sponsors' for paid sponsorships on the platform.
You will be responsible for:
* Owning the full 360-degree business development.
* Learning the decision-making process of platform participants and sponsors.
* Conducting prospects conversations by phone, video or one to one physical meetings.
* Delivering platform presentations to key stakeholders.
* Developing and negotiating paid sponsorship proposals.
Your skills and experience
* Ideally, exposure to the Asset Management Community – Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Hedge Funds, and Wealth Management.
* Sales and or client account management experience with FinTech Vendors providing Enterprise Software, Cloud, or SaaS solutions to the Asset Management / Buy Side Community will also be considered relevant experience.
* Some network of contacts at C-Level, HR and Departmental Heads within the Asset Management Community.
* Must be curious about innovation and Asset Management ecosystem.
* You have some knowledge of the Asset Management and Financial Services industry.
* You have exceptional interpersonal skills and presence to build relationships and influence key partner stakeholders.
* You have strong listening, consultative and presentation skills.
* You speak fluent/native English; any other European language is a plus.
