Lead Generation & Networking: Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients, brokers, real estate agents, financial advisors, and other key industry players. Actively attend networking events, industry conferences, and community outreach initiatives to expand the company's brand and mortgage offerings.
Business Development & Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a business development strategy to increase market share in the mortgage sector. Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing them with guidance on mortgage products and services. Ensure clients have a seamless experience throughout the loan application process.
Consultative Sales: Work with clients to assess their mortgage needs and recommend the most suitable products, ensuring clients are fully informed and educated on the various options available.
Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets. Track, report, and analyze sales metrics and make adjustments to strategies as needed to meet goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the underwriting, operations, and compliance teams to ensure a smooth and efficient mortgage process for clients.
