Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Aberdeen on a six-month contract.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver internal recruitment and recommend recruitment strategies.
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs.
* Provide support throughout the recruitment process.
* Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition Specialists, the Talent Acquisition Manager, and local HR Management and Advisors.
* Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
* Ensure a coherent approach to recruitment across the UK.
* Support a smooth onboarding process for candidates.
Requirements:
* Extensive previous recruitment experience in a similar role, including direct sourcing.
* Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source active and passive candidates.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Extensive experience in interviewing and evaluating candidates.
* Fully conversant with employment laws, practices, and Immigration Regulations pertaining to the recruitment process.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
