TaP Music is seeking a dynamic and experienced Day-to-Day Artist Manager to join their team, who can lead projects confidently, whilst also working collaboratively, with a positive and flexible attitude. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their expertise with examples of successful artist campaigns they have worked across previously.
Main Purpose of Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of artists, supporting the lead artist managers as follows:
* Assisting with planning and delivery of global release campaigns, including promotion and social media plans, press, marketing and international touring.
* Acting as management representative for artists on location, promotional activities, photo shoots and events.
* Assisting with all aspects of creative, from inception to production - including photo and video shoots, working with artists to conceive initial ideas, creating briefs and budgets, sourcing and booking suitable photographers, stylists, designers and directors.
* Managing artists’ social channels and implementing digital marketing strategies with artists.
* Diary management across multiple time-zones – including writing sessions, promotional schedules, travel bookings, visa processing.
* Co-ordination of international promotion schedules and accompanying artist to all promotional activities.
* Booking and management of all grooming and styling teams; booking stylists, attending fittings and managing artists’ day-to-day and event wardrobes.
* Working with Tour Managers to deliver live budgets for approval and placing insurance for tours.
* Working with creative team and merchandisers to deliver merchandise solutions for live activity.
* Ensuring PRS, PPL, publishing and neighbouring rights information is accurately registered.
* Booking travel and creating itineraries for artists and the wider team.
* Overseeing day-to-day activities and logistics on a global scale.
* Creating and overseeing budgets and general accounting.
Person Specification
* At least 3 years in a similar role, with experience working alongside globally renowned artists.
* In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and industry trends, as well as PRS, PPL and Uniport.
* Self-motivated to work independently and take on accountability, whilst also working as a team player.
* Able to work under pressure to meet multiple deadlines, with meticulous attention to detail at all times.
* Proven track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships with industry partners.
