Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:30, Friday 08:00-17:00 and Saturday (on rota) 09:00-13:00
Salary: £26,000 per annum, OTE £32,000 with bonus
As a Service Advisor, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will report to our Aftersales Manager, Adrian, who will help enhance your knowledge and experience along with the team of Service Advisors, allowing you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the industry.
As a Service Advisor at Nissan, you will benefit from continuous training opportunities through our in-house brand development. This is a truly exciting opportunity with potential for progression within Charles Hurst!
Key Responsibilities:
* Booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for customers.
* Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts/accessories.
* Liaising with the full Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments.
* Managing a high volume of customers daily, including telephone calls and online booking queries.
* Informing customers of turnaround times and ensuring effective communication throughout the service process.
* Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems when bookings are made.
You must have energy, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering a first-class customer experience each time. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily are essential, along with the capability to explain technical information clearly. Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP is advantageous, as well as knowledge of other essential dealer systems.
