You'll work closely with our Senior Performance Manager, providing guide insights that craft business decisions. Whether it's investigating operational metrics, spotting trends in customer behaviors, or collaborating with our Partner Team to streamline data transparency, your impact will be felt across the board!

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
1. Proven experience in crafting and maintaining high-quality reports from multiple data sources.
2. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and data manipulation.
3. Hands-on experience with Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
4. Solid experience in operations, ideally in a results-focused setting.
5. Proven understanding of Retentions and Movers critical metrics and their impact on business performance.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to partners.
7. Strong time management and organizational skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
8. Adaptable and proactive, growing in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a problem-solving attitude.
9. Flexible on location, with the ability to travel occasionally for meetings (every few weeks).
