Job Description: Summary/objective: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Cloud Engineer to join our Field Engineering team. In this role, you will provide technical support, assist with customer installations and configurations, and contribute to ongoing customer success. As a junior-level Cloud Engineer, you should have a basic understanding of server virtualization, public and private cloud concepts, scripting, automation, and orchestration. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and gain valuable experience in cloud engineering, automation, and customer service. Essential functions: Assist with post-sales installation and implementation of Morpheus for customers, ensuring their business requirements are met. Engage with customers through various communication channels to provide technical guidance and troubleshoot Morpheus-related issues. Gather technical and business requirements from customers and partners to understand their needs and align company deliverables accordingly. Remain up-to-date on Morpheus and ecosystem technologies, adhering to company methods and procedures. Provide third-level troubleshooting support, analyzing and resolving complex technical problems. Support and contribute to the implementation of enterprise-scale solutions using emerging platforms and technologies. Deliver excellent customer service, responding to customer cases promptly and effectively. Communicate technical instructions to customers without direct access to their systems or networks. Contribute to ad hoc advisory tasks, occasional QA input, and pre-sales proof-of-concept (POC) support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
