What you'll do
Provide best in class Business Partnering in the decision-making process to Head of Finance VBI, Regional Senior Finance Business Partner, Regional Directors, Functional Heads and other senior stakeholders.
- Effective financial control processes, delivering insightful reports, leads robust budget, financial planning and analysis of the segments financial results establishing and maintain effective processes and controls. Provide value-oriented support to the business and drive continuous improvements in these areas.
- Providing financial expertise to drive the best decisions, insights into customer profitability, allocation of resources and support post investment review.
- Lead functional programs and adhoc projects and act as sounding board to the Head of Finance - VBI.
- Ensuring relationships within the Opco's and VBI are effectively managed and developed. Be an accomplished leader of a strong and admired team.
- Lead DB, LRP and Sales Targeting forecasting cycle that are challenging but achievable by working closely with the business for Enterprise Outbound.
- Financial target setting process at region, country, product and customer level.
- Review and continuously improve current processes including enhancing forecasting models and automating key processes.
Who you are
- Proven finance business partner, acting as a point of reference in an advisory capacity to the senior stakeholders in business.
- Experienced in planning Annual sales / financial targets.
- High level of commercial acumen and ability to identify and solve varied business problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to ensure credibility with senior management.
- Ability to manage first time situations.
