What would you do?
Job Description
Description & key principles
* Leads the CM execution at Journey level for their respective area in scope
* Responsible of planning and implementing the Change Management and Communication activities for the respective Journey, in alignment with the Central Change Management, and in collaboration with the Regions/Countries for the local implementation
Areas of responsibilities and activities
* Responsible for CM Strategy and Plan definition at Journey level and acts as advisor to the JO on CM topics related to the Journey in scope
* Ensures deployment and monitoring of CM plan at Journey level for the specific area in in scope, identifies risks and issues and proposes corrective measures; in charge of reporting on CM actions for their Journey and areas
* Engages early leadership, regional SMEs (for technical and CM requirements) and Change Network
* Collaborates closely with JOs, POs, local SMEs, Central CM HR & HRBPs to capture and assess HR impacts and define measures
* Represents Journey communication in Change communities, and prepare general communication in line with the guidelines of Central CM
* Plans, prepares, schedules, delivers and monitors trainings with the relevant contributors (HR, K&E etc.)
* Monitors adoption KPIs at Journey level, proposes actions and reports back
Key competences & skills
* Excellent knowledge of Change Management methodologies and tools and strong experience in leading E2E change management streams for similar programs/parts of at global and local level
* Very good knowledge of AXA XL business and organization, with a focus on the business area in scope
* Strong experience in securing sponsorship and managing resistance and adoption at senior leadership, middle management and all colleagues level
* Business-driven and analytical mindset
* Strong communication skills and relationship management
* Strong strategic planning, decision-making and negotiation skills
Accountability & deliverables
* Shared accountability for CM actions consistent definition and delivery at Journey level
* CM Strategy and Plan at Journey level
* Change Impact Assessment at Journey level
* Reports on adoption KPIs at the Journey level
* Accountable for involving early the Global Change Network and SMEs in the CM requirements definition and for local deployment of CM actions
* Joint accountability with Comm Lead for preparing and with JO, POs and Global Change Network for delivering the communication actions relevant for the features and initiatives in scope
* Communication plan, actions and materials at Journey level
Role and position in the Fusion Program
Key interactions:
* Collaborates and gets guidance on CM topics from Central CM
* Collaborates early with Global Change Network, including SMEs to capture CM requirements relevant for their scope
* Collaborates with Comm lead for communication, with JOs, POs, HRBPs, for HR impacts related to Fusion for their scope.
