VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a fantastic Manufacturing & Development based company with the recruitment of a Junior Marketing Manager. This position will be based on-site in Cookstown - Permanent Role. This company has a fantastic reputation and a beautiful new office. The role is based on-site Monday - Friday (Early Finish Friday). Salary: Fully Negotiable + Fantastic Benefits Package - Progression Opportunities.
Responsibilities:
The Junior Marketing Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement. Key responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement the annual brand plan and budgets.
2. Monitor competitor activity, analyze market trends, interrogate internal sales information, and conduct specific market research to inform marketing plans.
3. Plan and implement effective product launch strategies.
4. Plan and coordinate ongoing development of brand websites.
5. Identify project-specific case studies and build the photography and video portfolio.
6. Plan, develop, and coordinate the implementation of fully integrated marketing campaigns to timescale and within specified budget, including:
1. Creative Development - conceptual idea generation of visual and messaging through to final implementation;
2. Video and CGI - agreeing brief, developing storyboard and script, overseeing production and editing;
3. Technical and Promotional Literature - agreeing brief, organizing copy, overseeing design, production, and distribution;
4. Advertising campaigns - agreeing message, organizing and approving design, agreeing placement;
5. Direct Mail - database management, production of mailing materials, organizing fulfillment;
6. PR - agreeing campaigns, organizing copy, liaising with PR consultant;
7. Events - organizing event and exhibition attendance and displays;
8. Point of Sale - agreeing format and message, organizing and approving design, production, and distribution;
9. Social Media - agreeing and setting up appropriate social channels, agreeing and organizing messaging/content;
10. PPC Campaigns - agree and plan PPC campaigns through the Google network (Google Adword, Google Display, and Remarketing);
11. Email marketing - plan and coordinate e-alert activity.
The Ideal Person:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Significant experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the construction or manufacturing sector. Strong project management and organizational skills. Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
