This role ensures operational excellence, budget management, and seamless event logistics while maintaining exceptional customer experience. The Project Manager will also contribute to business development by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling event services. Acting as a brand ambassador for Brighter, the role demands a commitment to compliance, performance excellence, and continuous improvement in service delivery. ACCOUNTABILITIES Operational · Plan, manage, and execute allocated events to the highest professional standards. · Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful event delivery. · Provide detailed and professional event logistics services, adhering to Brighter’s “Ways of Working” policy. · Maintain a thorough understanding of customer brands, objectives, and key stakeholders. · Support with tender processes and contribute to customer development plans. · Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities for Brighter’s event management services. · Ensure a full understanding of contractual agreements, including any SLAs in place. Compliance · Uphold and promote adherence to all information security policies. · Ensure completion of mandatory annual training · Support Business Continuity Plans (BCP) by participating in required testing and compliance activities. Performance Expectations or KPIs · Consistently meet and exceed all internal and external SLAs. · Drive financial performance within the customer portfolio by maximising revenue and efficiency. · Deliver high-quality service and customer experience, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction. Experience, Knowledge and Skills · Minimum of 3 years’ experience in event management and currently working for the previous 3 years in Events. · Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of events, from conception to execution. · Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial performance optimisation. · Expertise in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement. · Ability to identify and capitalise on business growth opportunities within event management. · Proficiency in event logistics, planning tools, and risk management Personal Attributes/Qualities · Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. · Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive client and team relationships. · A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions. · Brand ambassador mentality, consistently upholding and representing Brighter’s values. · Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
