Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care Agency
Location: Derbyshire & Leicestershire
Hours: Full Time 37 hours per week
Are you a compassionate, driven leader with experience in domiciliary care? We are seeking a Registered Manager to join our growing care agency to cover Derbyshire & Leicestershire. This is a full-time opportunity offering 37 hours per week, with flexible, variable working hours to fit around your schedule.
About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the smooth operation of our domiciliary care services, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to clients and compliance with CQC regulations. You will lead a dedicated team of care staff, drive service improvements, and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the agency complies with all CQC requirements and maintains excellent standards of care.
* Recruit, train, and manage care staff to foster a motivated and high-performing team.
* Develop person-centred care plans and ensure they are implemented effectively.
* Monitor and manage rotas to ensure adequate coverage.
* Handle quality assurance, risk assessments, and audits.
* Build strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in domiciliary care and managing teams.
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards).
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A passion for delivering outstanding care and supporting others.
* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are desirable.
