Head of Insurance Operations Northamptonshire Salary - £80,000 We are working with an established insurance broker who is looking for someone to head up the Operations side of the business. The Role: You will be overseeing the day-to-day business operations to optimise operational efficiency Lead organisational change management Foster a culture of continuous improvement Develop & execute growth strategies Strengthen stakeholder relationships Enhance leadership & team development Drive technological innovation Implement sustainable business practices Ensuring adequate administrative & reporting procedures in place Deliver operational excellence via IT systems The Required Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal colleagues and key stakeholders. Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
