Requirements :
* Assess Needs: Evaluate the needs of individuals, families, or communities to identify necessary resources and services.
* Create Care Plans: Develop care plans to address clients’ needs and goals.
* Connect with Resources: Link clients with appropriate community resources such as food stamps, childcare, healthcare, and mental health services.
* Follow-Up: Ensure clients’ needs are met and evaluate the effectiveness of service plans.
* Advocate: Assist clients in navigating public assistance and social service systems.
* Community Outreach: Organize and promote community outreach programs and workshops.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
