Our Woodley clinic is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team. Duties will include nurse consults, anaesthesia, inpatient care, lab work, and schedule 3 procedures (with training).
We are looking for someone who would be excited to get involved with a clinic refresh and rebrand; this is a real opportunity to have influence and be involved with this exciting project.

We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants. The full-time position is typically 40 hours over 4 or 5 days per week with a combination of early shifts from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and late shifts from 11:00 am – 7:30 pm. It also involves 1:4 Saturday mornings, and there is no OOH.

Our Practice
It is a first-opinion, SA practice conveniently situated in the bustling high street of Woodley with good public transport links.
Our facility is large and modern, featuring 3 large consult rooms, a dedicated digital x-ray and ultrasound room, a modern theatre, a prep room with a tub table, separate cat and dog kennels, an in-house lab, and patient monitoring equipment such as a multiparameter and blood pressure machine, as well as drip pumps, baer huggers, and fluid warmers.

Join a Supportive Team
Our practice has a 4 Vet team including 2 experienced Vets supported by the Nursing team, 1 Student Veterinary Nurse, and an Animal Nursing Assistant who is also an animal physiotherapist. The clinical team is supported by our reception team of 4 and an experienced Practice Manager and Area Director who is also a vet. Our Head Vet is currently working towards securing a surgery certificate.
Our team is passionate about providing gold-standard care to our clients and their pets and has a strong ethos of teamwork and communication. The team is also supported by a local Veterinary hospital with overnight care that provides training opportunities for the team.
