Main duties of the job The post holder will act as a role model for the junior team members in the delivery of high-quality patient centred care. They will deputise for the Ward Manager and will support with the leadership and management of the department particularly focusing on clinical care and standards The post holder will work within the NMC Code, trust policies, guidance, and procedures to ensure safe working practice.
