Your Role & Responsibilities as a Reward & Benefits Advisor will include:
* Oversee and manage employee benefits programs – from enrolment to leavers
* Support key reward cycles, including salary reviews & bonus schemes
* Ensure compliance with payroll and tax legislation (salary sacrifice, P11D)
* Drive engaging communications around benefits and reward initiatives across the business
* Be the go-to person for employee benefits queries, ensuring an outstanding experience
* Contribute to the development and improvement of reward policies, alongside the Compensation and Benefits Manager
Key Skills & Experience required:
* Proven experience in payroll, benefits administration, and reward
* Strong knowledge of HR and payroll systems
* High attention to detail and confidence with numerical calculations & spreadsheets
* A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and employee experience
* Experience with salary sacrifice schemes & tax compliance (desirable)
* Comfortable communicating initiatives and benefits to colleagues both face to face and Teams.
