Revenue Manager Luxury Hotel & Spa Group Location: Derry, Northern Ireland Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive Hours: 40 hours per week We are currnelty workign alongside a leading luxury hotel and spa group in Derry, seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. You will play a key role in shaping pricing strategies, managing inventory, and collaborating with teams to optimize both room and event revenue. Key Responsibilities: Pricing & Strategy: Develop dynamic pricing for all market segments to maximize RevPar and TrevPar. Forecasting & Reporting: Produce accurate forecasts and provide regular performance analysis. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies with business objectives. Inventory Management: Oversee reservations systems, adjusting availability and restrictions during peak demand periods. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing and local market trends to inform strategic decisions. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in revenue management, ideally within hospitality. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with forecasting tools. Strategic mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
