Main duties of the job The purpose of this post is to provide accurate benefits related information data as required to meet the needs of the Norfolk and Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative's (NWAHC's) EPR Programme. This role will ensure the benefits identified within the Business Case are fully realised as well as identifying further benefits due to the ongoing transformation of services across the Collaborative. As the Benefits Analyst you will support the Benefits Lead and EPR Transformation and Adoption Manager in the delivery, monitoring and reporting of EPR associated benefits. You will be crucial to our benefits realisation by capturing and analysing identified benefits, whilst working closely with both the wider EPR and Change teams to identify new benefits of implementing a shared EPR across the NWAHC The post holder will extract and manipulate data from systems so that analysis and monitoring of benefits can be managed.
