Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as Customer Relations Manager. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing customers.
2. Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer queries.
3. Liaising with the sales and production office on customer queries/chases.
4. Assist with costing jobs for customer quotations.
5. Monitor customers orders to check they will achieve delivery dates.
6. Check existing customer orders are profitable.
7. Assisting with inputting customer orders on to the Intranet systems.
8. Assist with obtaining quotes from suppliers for raw materials, tooling, consumables and 3rd party buyouts.
9. Assist with placing orders and inputting purchase orders into SAGE accounts system- raw materials, tooling, consumables and 3rd party buyouts.
10. Booking in delivery notes, matching to purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
11. Update supplier list and supplier details on SAGE when necessary.
Experience:
1. Previous customer relations experience is preferable.
2. Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role is essential.
3. Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
4. Strong negotiation skills and ability to build positive relationships with vendors.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
