The Job Carrying out service, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to excellent standards Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control Speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work About You If you think you’ve got what it takes and meet the criteria below, then please apply Full UK Driving Licence NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance Motor Industry experience is essential Happy to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work to timescales effectively, with a keen eye for detail Process driven On Offer Basic salary between £36,000 and £38,000 plus bonus opportunities taking your salary to £45,000 (uncapped) Hours of work 0800-1700 Monday to Friday and one in four Saturdays 0800-1300.
