Shifts for Team Leader:
* 06:00 to 14:00 one week
* 14:00 to 22:00 the next week, rotating
Pay:
* £12.94ph for the first 12 weeks
* £14.66ph after 12 weeks
* Paid weekly
Main Duties of Team Leader:
* Managing a small team of operators
* Inventory control and stock checking
* Supervising the warehouse
* Maintaining company health and safety standards
* Reporting issues to management
* Motivating, training and encouraging your team
This is a temp to perm role, so after 12 weeks worked with the agency, you will move to a permanent contract with increased pay and benefits.
