The Role

4. Foster strong relationships with key external stakeholders to accelerate revenue growth.
5. Collaborate with marketing & partnerships teams to refine sales processes, enhance onboarding, and create sales collateral.
6. Lead the business development team, aligning efforts with commercial goals and contributing to a culture of excellence.
7. Identify and secure high-value tender opportunities, working with internal teams to create winning proposals.
Requirements
You will bring:
1. Proven experience in high-value sales within the EdTech or education sector.
2. Expertise in new business generation, ideally within local authorities, MATs, or public sector procurement.
3. A strong track record of building and managing sales pipelines and securing large contracts.
4. Outstanding communication & presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
5. A data-driven approach, with CRM expertise and strong numerical skills.
6. A strategic mindset, balancing long-term growth with short-term wins.
7. Previous leadership experience, managing and developing high-performing teams.
