Bespak are looking for a Credit Control Manager for the Kings Lynn site, PE30 2JJ. The salary range for this is between £35k-£40k plus a discretionary annual bonus. As a Credit Control Manager, you will own the entire credit control process, ensuring timely debt settlement. You will manage the Accounts Receivable function, including all aspects of credit control, liaising with commercial and customer service teams to resolve queries. Your responsibilities include managing debt factoring, overseeing the companies travel and expenses system, as well as supporting cash flow generation and review. You will be responsible for 1 direct report. As a Credit Control Manager, your duties will include: Manage all aspects of credit control including debt factoring. Ensure timely settlement of outstanding debts. Resolve customer queries efficiently and smoothly. Oversee and manage the travel and expenses system Support banking and cashflow generation and review Credit Control Manager, key skills and experience: Proven credit control experience in a similar organization. Manufacturing or similar industry experience preferred. Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong Excel skills and accounting software knowledge.
