Job Duties:
1. Provide cover for planned and unplanned teacher absences across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
2. Deliver engaging and effective lessons following the school's curriculum
3. Assess student progress and provide feedback to support learning
4. Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour
5. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning
Required Qualifications:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Education:
7. Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
8. Prior experience teaching in primary schools
9. Experience working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Knowledge and Skills:
10. Strong understanding of the primary school curriculum
11. Excellent classroom management skills
12. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
13. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
Preferred Qualifications:
14. Additional training in special educational needs (SEN) or other relevant areas
Working Conditions:
15. Temporary position with full-time hours
16. Work may involve travel to different schools within the Greater London area
17. Expected to adhere to school policies and procedures
