All Souls’ C of E Primary has an exciting opportunity to appoint a SeniorAdministratorto join and enhance the work of the administration team at our school.
This is a great opportunity to join our school and play a pivotal role in its success and development. The successful candidate must enjoy working in a very busy area, and must be confident in providing a professional, welcoming, efficient service, ensuringthe smooth running of the school office, including all office systems, procedures and processes. The candidatemust be able to work flexibly under pressure, use their initiative and prioritise their workload.

• Have the ability to communicate well (written, face to face, telephone)
• Be able to organise and prioritise your workloadin a very busy office environment
The successful candidate will have proven administrative experience, ideally having previously worked as a school receptionist or in a customer service role. Applicants must have the ability to provide a high level of customer service and be able to deal calmly, tactfully and effectively with pupils, staff, parents and visitors. Previous school office experience and a knowledge ofBromcom (Management Information System) would be an advantage but not essential.
This is a permanent role offering an actual salary of £21,797 per annum (FTE £25,117.00), based on37 hours per week (8:00am-4:00pm Monday – Thursday 8:00am-3.30pm Friday) Term Time Only plus 5 days.
